DuraGripTM TPE An Economical MPE for Soft-Touch Applications
DuraGripTM is a versatile thermoplastic elastomer designed specifically for price-sensitive applications where a rubber-like look and feel is desired. The general-purpose DuraGrip 6000 series bonds to polypropylene and polyethylene, and the DuraGrip 6100 series bonds well to PC, ABS, PC/ABS alloys, nylon, ASA, and other engineered thermoplastic materials. Plus, the DuraGrip 6800 series is FDA compliant for food-contact applications. When combined with rigid thermoplastic substrates, DuraGrip adds an ergonomic soft feel that increases customer value in products like hand tools, pens, blenders, hair dryers, and more.
DuraGrip is available in 30 to 80 shore A hardness, and in easily colorable natural, black, translucent, and clear grades.
